Sonya Jacobs is uniquely qualified to teach voice and piano. Sonya has received a B.A. in Vocal Music Performance and a M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology, with training in voice disorders and foreign accent modification. She has been the Director of Contemporary Music for a local church in Shoreline, where she has led the worship band, produced several musicals and recorded a music CD of original compositions.

Sonya has taught for over 10 years and incorporates principles of voice science to teach optimum vocal production and health for singing any style of music. She enjoys performing and teaching both contemporary and classical voice and modern piano methods.
